Marketing services we provide—such as website builds, message marketing, reputation management, and lead generation—are governed by a separate written engagement, proposal, or quote. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement, the signed engagement controls for that engagement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design—is owned by Hand Up Digital Marketing Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
Submissions
Information you submit through the Site (such as contact or quote forms) is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Hand Up Digital Marketing Solutions LLC operates an SMS program that sends appointment reminders, follow-ups from our team, service updates, and marketing or promotional messages to individuals who opt in by submitting their mobile number and consent through the SMS opt-in form at handupdigital.com/sms-opt-in, the LeadConnector chat widget on the Site, or who otherwise provide express written consent.
Age restriction (18+). Our SMS program is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to or participate in our text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and consent, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to, or collect mobile numbers from, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected a mobile number from someone under 18, we will remove that number from our program promptly.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again at handupdigital.com/sms-opt-in or through any of our opt-in forms.
Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at jaj@handupdigital.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No resale of numbers or consent. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Consent is not required for purchase. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and any information provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, lead volumes, or financial outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside of our control.
Limitation of Liability
